Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Personalized, custom, or sale items are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Refund Process:
- Email us at info@gemsbya.ca with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item(s) back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or style, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
